“Pro” Quality at Affordable prices.
I am a Colorado artist, and I show work at various Art Festivals throughout the year. When submitting an application to a show, you must provide a photo of your booth. One thing I learned early on is that without a very professional looking booth, you won’t get past the jury process and into the show.
After purchasing an “acceptable” (WHITE) Canopy, I was quite surprised at the cost of the manufactured walls. The average cost for a set was about $1300-$1500, PLUS shipping! As a result, I decided I needed to find a better solution.
That solution was to build my own Display Panels. I did quite a bit of research to find the right materials and to perfect a design. I built the set shown above, and have been using them since 2011. They still look and function like new. Since then, I have built quite a few panels for friends, and for other artists I have met at the shows.
For 10’x10′ Indoor/Outdoor Displays, you need nine 38.5″ panels to create three 115.5″ walls, which will fit just inside your canopy, with room to zip up all 4 sides.
The wall panels stand 80″ tall by 36.5″ wide, with a 70″ tall hanging area. This leaves an 2″ opening at the top and 8″ at the bottom. They have 3/4″ galvanized steel legs with levelers for use on uneven surfaces. They are wrapped with a 100% Solution-dyed Eco-fi Polyester Stain resistant carpet*. The carpet is manufactured from earth friendly post-consumer recycled plastic drinking bottles, is UV protected to help prevent fading, and has a 3-year limited warranty. The panels are both durable and lightweight.
The kit includes three overhead Support bars that make the entire display free-standing, and provide increased overall strength. We get strong winds, rain and hail here in Colorado, and I have never had a problem at any of the shows.
Assembly is quick and easy and can be done by one person. The Panels fasten together using One-Wrap velcro straps, which are included. While they can also be assembled with pipe clamps, I prefer the velcro – it looks nicer and is much easier to use (no tools required).
I can build custom-sized panels as well – just contact me for pricing. (I sometimes connect a 24″ panel at a right angle to the walls for hanging smaller paintings). The photos shown here depict a 10’x10′ display, with the 38.5′ panels.
Total cost for a set of 9 panels, with adjustable leg levelers, 3 stiffener supports and assembly straps: $1189**.

*Typically I use a Sky Grey colored carpet, as shown below. You can select a different type/color of carpet if you wish, but it could change the price a bit if you go with something more expensive.
** Prices are for Colorado residents within a reasonable driving distance from Denver, and do not include shipping/freight.
